Summary: When we arrived in the room the bathroom at 2 roaches running on the floor. Killed those then went to lay down in the bed. Moved the pillow and there were black hairs all over the bed. Even under the fitted sheet. Told the desk clerk and he brought a flat sheet to put over the dirty sheets. I asked for all clean sheets so that I could just make the bed myself.
