Walking distance to most of the amenities in the community including the tennis /pickleball courts, outdoor basketball, tot lots, bocce ball, putting green, the amazing clubhouse offering a game room, gathering room, bar/grill, family-friendly pool with a lazy river and water slides (a treat for the entire family) or relax in the adult-only lap and lounge pool. The community also offers a Recreation barn (i.e indoor basketball and fitness center), walking trails, and an herb garden. After dinner, take a short bike ride (we provide bikes for most ages) to roast marshmallows over the community fire pit or walk out on the pier at the marina. Please note that the Bay Forest community charges $50 per person administrative/community fee for each person 5 years and older. This fee will be charged as part of your reservation process (limited to 8 guests). Once this fee is paid to the community manager on the guests' behalf, it becomes non-refundable.
