The primary bedroom has a king size bed. A guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. An upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and private balcony with a gulf view. There is another living area on the first floor with a sleeper sofa, dining table, and coffee bar. The first level is not internally connected to the rest of the home. Beautiful outdoor areas! Heated pool and plenty of outdoor furniture for gathering and sunbathing. Parking- Driveway accommodates four cars. The pool can be heated for an additional $50.00 + tax per night for the duration of your stay. The heater can take up to 24 hours to heat. Please request this at the time of making your reservation. No garage access. Sorry, no pets allowed.
