This unique home is nestled in the east bay of Otter Lake. With 50 ft. of frontage is perfect for swimming or docking your toys off the pier (boat landing located just down the road). Enjoy plenty of fun on this 90 acre (motorized) lake that is quiet and uncongested. If water isn't your first summer choice than hop on your ATV's and enjoy the best trails in Wisconsin, including the Parrish Highland right from the front door, we also have some of the most beautiful walking, hiking and horse trails. End your day with some relaxation and old fashion bon fire with pudgy pies and smores.
Winter time is the best!! Enjoy snowmobiling, ice fishing, cross country skiing and in the evening enjoy a beautiful natural fireplace to warm your toes and your souls.
The Wisconsin north woods are ideal for any outdoors interests you may have so come and have some fun.
The home has 5 bedrooms. 3 on the lower level and 2 upstairs that include an additional sitting room for the older children to hang out.
If a bigger lake is something you enjoy we are only 4 miles from either Pelican Lake or Post Lake (that's where we enjoy longer rides up the Wolf River).
