This is a 1st-floor condo located in a quiet corner of the complex. No stairs are required. Perfect for families with young children or guests with climbing difficulties.
Each guest has full use of Sun Beach's heated swimming pool (Memorial day through Labor day), BBQ at the pool deck, and large spacious deck with chairs and chaise lounges! Free Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included. We PROMISE that you and your family will LOVE your Ocean City, NJ vacation here!
Our condo has many amenities, including a great location being just blocked from the beach, boardwalk, rides, grocery store, and many restaurants (including the major OC Chinese restaurant). Laundry facilities are next door and the kitchenette is well equipped. The unit has a Keurig coffee maker as well!! It is a good choice for both first-time and long-time OC vacationers.
