This 4 bedroom home plus office and finished full basement is a seamless combination of an original 1700s farmhouse and 1990s large addition set on approx 3.5 acres. Surrounded by neighboring preserved farmland, the property has rolling hills, woods and a small creek that make this tranquil setting ideal for a relaxing summer retreat.
A double height open concept entertaining space features walls of windows, with a gas burning fireplace and wood beams adding to the charm of the main level. The first floor also includes a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, a dedicated home office with en suite access to the half bath, a laundry room, and a side entrance with mudroom. Also on the first floor, the expansive primary bedroom suite includes another gas-burning fireplace and walk in closet.
