THE BUILDING: You will be sharing the building with two other units. This unit is located on the first floor. There is one unit next door and one unit above. The entire building can be rented at the same time for larger groups.
PARKING: this unit comes with one off street parking spot. There is a paid lot a block away for additional vehicles.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to this one bedroom condo as well as one dedicated parking spot just outside the unit.
Outside, the propane BBQ grill and beach gear is shared with the other 2 units in the building. With quick beach access and amazing amenities, you'll enjoy complete comfort during your stay!
Interaction with Guests:
Your privacy is important to us, and we provide a hassle-free self check-in process. You’ll receive keypad entry codes and check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival. We're available 24/7 by phone or through the app to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
