Since this is a residential location, we cannot handle larger groups. No Tents, Bands etc.

Beautiful Bass River waterfront estate looking out to Bass River and Nantucket Sound is an ideal vacation getaway for large family gatherings. The property features a private beach, private dock for up to 2 boats, a large yard, and gorgeous views. Located on the estate are two houses. Antique farmhouse (Old House) with 9 bedrooms, 3 baths [1 handicap accessible] as well as a cozy Boathouse with 5 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. The houses are offered together to comfortably accommodate extended family groups of up to 28. A third House that sleeps 6 people is also on the same property if you need more room. Each home is equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, outdoor shower, porch, outdoor furniture for outdoor dining and much more. Ten minutes from supermarkets, and restaurants.
