Ideally situated off Bone Hill Road/Harbor Point Road in the Cummaquid section of Barnstable, north of the Kings Highway (Main Street/Route 6A). You have beach rights to the Cape Cod Village Condominium Association beach that runs in front of the house. You're also just up the street from the beautiful Mill Way Beach. There are a variety of excellent eateries only a few minutes' drive away. Or you can rent kayaks and/or SUPs and take advantage of the calm, warm waters of Cape Cod Bay. Then there are the sunsets over the bay – not to be missed.
Outside Living Space
When you're not on the beach, you'll probably spend most of your time on the spacious deck, relishing that stunning water view. Or in and around the inviting heated pool with its appealing brick hardscape. The yard provides plenty of room for a Whiffle® Ball game or any other outdoor recreation, always with the water view as a pleasant backdrop. Fire up the large gas grill and serve dinner outside at the dining table and chairs. Also out here: an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt from the beach.
Inside Living Space
“Wata View” certainly lives up to its name! Thanks to its shoreline site and a virtual wall of glass in the form of sliders and floor-to-ceiling windows wrapped around the waterside of the house, you have 180-degree, unobstructed water views everywhere inside. That includes not one but two family rooms, one that flows into the open and very social, fully outfitted kitchen and adjacent dining area. The second, smaller lounge area features a gas fireplace. This is single level living, so no worries if you have one or more members of your group who are challenged by stairs. There aren't any. There's a pantry/laundry off the kitchen that includes a full size second fridge. The kitchen range is gas powered.
Sleeping Accommodations
This property sleeps up to eight. There are two queen bedrooms, one with its own private full bath. A third bedroom offers bunk beds, twin over full with another twin in the form of a pull out trundle. A final sleeping space provides a day bed that pulls out to become a nice, roomy king size bed. The home has two full and one-half bath. Cooling is provided by split units for customized climate control.
