The Space:
You will feel right at home in our cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bath house, complete with a garage, spacious kitchen, and a relaxing back porch. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by nature, it's the perfect getaway. Enjoy a propane grill for cookouts (there is an additional $15 fee for propane. Please let us know if you will be using the grill during your stay so we can have propane available), cornhole, games, crayons for the kids, and even a wall-mounted tic-tac-toe! The garage is equipped with a bike rack for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and garage except for two locked supply closets. Check-in instructions and door code will be provided approximately 12 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Guest passes for Bella Vista amenities are available upon request after booking. We love dogs, so your furry friends are welcome! Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. We ask that you clean up your pets waste out of the yard during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when no one is home with them (kennel is provided). Additional fees will apply for excessive hair or other additional cleaning due to not following pet rules.
