Positive: We loved nearly everything about this cozy and beautiful home. It was a great size for a family, or two different families. Great for all ages. The “back yard” was astonishing, and we had fun adding to the tree fort. Even though we had some minor frustrations, we can’t wait to come back!

Negative: White carpet in a mountain home? There were stains on the carpet, and we were worried Vacasa would think it was us. The showers need updating. Also, the amenities were a little slim in the kitchen. One serving of coffee would have helped us get settled. Plus there were no fire starters so we had to burn up our BBR map. Also, a notebook of house quirks (such as not moving the cement blocks in the flue or the smoke won’t draw) would have been helpful. Finally, the Vacasa locking system is INSANE. This is the 2d time we’ve stayed at a Vacasa managed home. And both times we could not get the doors open! When we called the Vacasa help line we were put on hold and finally hung up after 10 minutes - with no help. A key would be much appreciated!

Summary: This lovely home had a little something for everyone. We ran out of time!
