This cozy yet spacious loft has lots of windows, bringing in plenty of natural light. It is fully set and ready to enjoy. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
The loft is completely independent of the house; as is your Heater and A/C unit. You may raise or lower the temperature as you please. WiFi and Xfinity Flex TV are included with a guest Netflix account. Binge on!
This is one huge! room with 3 walls of windows. You'll enjoy one full size bed, a twin size day bed, and a single size futon. It is comfortable for 4 people to sleep. You have your full bathroom and designated workspace. You will also have your "food area" which includes a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and small airfryer.
When you arrive, you may park in the driveway in your reserved spot on the left.
* We have multiple suits on the property. If there is another car in your assigned parking, let us know immediately for your convenience.
The Red front door is your entrance with the sign "Cozy Loft"
The lock on the door is a combination lock. We will send the access code tomorrow morning.
This is a self-lock door and the knob on the inside will leave it unlocked if you turn it.
Once you enter, you’ll see the cleaning & maintenance entrance for employees only.
Continue upstairs to enter the loft.
We can accommodate you if you send us a message for things such as extra towels. Just send us a message!

Although this apartment is completely private with independent entrance, it is connected to a house as a duplex.
