Inside this newly updated 2 BR 2 BA unit you will find new flooring throughout along with fresh paint. The living room has a sofa with a queen sleeper and a new love seat. The dining room has a table and chairs along with a coffee station with both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has new countertops, freshly painted cabinets along with stainless steel appliances and is ready to make those cost-saving meals at home. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen along with a private bath. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi. Outside, you will find two balconies with new patio furniture on both. Guests have access to the pool, which is great for cooling off on those hot summer days or is a great change of pace from the beach.
This unit is conveniently located to all Ocean City offers! The beach is only 2.5 blocks away with easy access to Ocean City's famous boardwalk. There are numerous fantastic restaurants/bars within walking distance. A 2-block fishing area is directly in front of the building and provides hours of free entertainment; no fishing license required! The kids will love the skate park, basketball courts and a park, all within a two-block area. This is an ideal location for events at the inlet, West Ocean City, fishing charters or the horses at Assateague Island And don't forget to bring your binoculars to take in all the sea life & waterfowl from your balcony!

* This condo is on the 3rd floor and Crab Cove on the Harbor is an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided of which one is in the garage.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Fishing license is not required for the pier in front of the unit, but fishing regulations must be followed.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is located between 2nd and 3rd streets.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
