Casa Paradiso boasts nearly two acres and 500 feet of lake frontage. The game room has both a pool table and conversation area with a TV to round out entertainment for all. There is an eat-in kitchen with a table and bar seating as well as a dining room set for 12 guests. Dine on the outside to the patio table, set for ten, and a palapa with swim up bar in the pool directly on Lake Austin. With its own boat dock, our Guest Services Managers can set up a boat day complete with a stocked boat bag, a captain and pick-up on the property. Perfect for Micro-Weddings, or Corporate Events. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.
