Ft. house is nestled in the foothills of the hill country in between San Antonio & Boerne, TX. , 8 minutes away from Fiesta Texas & great restaurants, shopping in & around The Rim & La Cantera. Antique Shopping, Breweries, wineries and great little restaurants are in Boerne which is about 10 minutes away. This home is a 1story ranch style house that sits on 2.6 acres with a pool(NOT heated)! There is an outdoor charcoal grill and a small Hibachi grill available to use. Parking is available for multiple cars, an RV, or a boat. The property is completely fenced with an electric entrance gate. Beautiful wildlife & nature trails close by to enjoy all around the area! Boerne Lake is about 20 minutes away. The Guadalupe State Park and River are about 15 minutes away. The Pearl, Alamo, Riverwalk, and downtown San Antonio are 30 minutes away as is Sea World.
