TOASTY WARM & COZY: Enjoy the indoor wood-burning fireplace or outdoor firepit and twinkle lights in this clean, bright A-frame with an open floorplan, views, and high vaulted ceilings. House has central heating plus a mini split. Please do not run heat with doors open.
A CHEF'S DELIGHT: Let your cooking creativity flow in the well-stocked, brand-new kitchen with black stainless steel appliances.
LOFT BEDROOM: Spiral staircase leads to queen loft bed overlooking open living area with sheer curtains for privacy.
MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM: Twin XL size bed with a whimsical mountain and stars theme, pocket door, desk with office chair, ultra-fast WIFI, phone chargers, extra monitor with HDMI cable.
LIVING ROOM: We have a sleeper sofa in the living room as well if you prefer.
OUTDOORS: Your own private fenced side yard, front yard with propane fire pit, and gas grill. Games and a hammock for relaxing under the pines.
INDOOR-OUTDOOR LIVING: Smart flat-screen TV, games, toys, and books. Open floor plan with views of the stars feels like glamping with all the comforts of home.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK OUT, if available, by request, for $25 an hour.
GENERAL: Towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, clothes iron provided.
KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING: Well-equipped and NEW! Coffee maker & French press, assorted coffee and teas, Ninja blender and food processor, crock pot, rice cooker, cocktail bar set, toaster, oil & basic seasonings, and more.
PET POLICY: Sparrow's Nest is pet friendly - 2 pets maximum for $100 pet fee. Additional pets will be considered for a fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone. No barking or aggressive or nuisance behavior, please. Guests must notify us prior to their arrival if they are bringing a pet & the breed/size.
SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS are welcomed- Just send a request! Check-in after 3 pm; early check-ins may be available upon direct approval by host.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
> This is absolutely NOT a "party" house; The host/property caretakers live just a few doors down.
> NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. Any outdoor vulgar language or drunk/stoned/drug activity will be cause for termination of stay and a $500 fine.
> The person who reserved the home must be staying and assumes full responsibility. Only the amount of guests contracted for are allowed in the cabin at any time. The cabin has exterior video cameras. Unregistered guests or pets are charged $1000 per person/pet per night (county fine amount). If you have additional guests (up to 3 persons total in house) just add them to the reservation prior to your stay. Four guests are included in the reservation price but must be registered.
> ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING, TOBACCO/VAPING/ MARIJUANA (only smoking allowed is on street and butts MUST be properly disposed of). Don't bring the stink in...our guests respect fresh-smelling cabins. $500 FINE FOR ANY SIGNS OF SMOKING.
> Sparrow's Nest is pet friendly - 2 pets maximum for $100 pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone. No barking or aggressive or nuisance behavior, please. If your pup is allowed on the furniture, please put a protective blanket down. Fur and dirt on the furniture could result in additional cleaning fees required. > Outdoor Ring Surveillance cameras and security system in place. One camera monitors the front door and a second camera faces the driveway, recording audio and video 24/7.
> Quiet outside hours are from 10pm-8am
> SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS are welcomed! Check-in is at or after 3 pm unless approved by Melissa. We do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. Kindly provide us two hours after booking to ensure the cabin is ready. Early check -in and late check out are $25 an hour and must be approved in writing.
