The space
SLEEPING
Two of the bedrooms on the main level each have a comfy queen mattress, dresser and closet stocked with hangers. The master bedroom in the basement shares a king mattress in addition to a daybed/trundle. This bedroom has a dresser and 2 closets stocked with hangers. The bathroom downstairs is adjoining to the master bedroom and living room. You will find this bathroom to have plenty of space and is stocked with additional towels and basic toiletries.
LIVING ROOMS
The downstairs living room has a TV and a sofa sleeper with a chaise lounge and 2 hidden ottomans along with storage space. This sofa pulls out into a sleeper for 2 smaller guests. There is a foam sleeper pad, pillows and blankets stored inside.
The main living room has a sectional with a large Roku TV along with a cabinet of some of our favorite games, including Cheyenne-opoly. The dining room table seats 6 with a leaf and 2 additional chairs stored in the basement.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic cooking essentials including spices and cooking ingredients, wine glasses, serving platters/bowls, blender, toaster, microwave, and Tupperware. The best part of the kitchen is the Coffee Nook stocked with coffee, teas, creamer and sugar and a variety of snacks.

Cheyenne is a unique, friendly community with great shopping, local restaurants and breweries. A list of some local favorites are shared at the home for you, along with activities and places to see and explore.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the house, including the back yard. The garage in the backyard is rented separately and may occasionally be accessed from the alley by another tenant.

We have a doorbell camera placed on the front porch. This camera faces the street and records audio and video and is turned on.
