This recently updated home is located on the beachfront - only steps to the water's edge. Betsy's Beachfront Cottage is a perfect place for a beachfront getaway. The well-appointed home is located in Bermuda Beach Galveston - close to town. Only a 10-minute ride into town where restaurants and nightlife abound in Galveston. This beachfront home is well priced for a family vacation. Guests will have a great experience at this Galveston BEACHFRONT HOME - bring your fishing pole, board shorts, and some shades and walk to the edge of the Gulf to drop your line in less than 30 seconds.
Betsy's Beachfront Cottage has a large deck, plenty of outdoor seating, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table on ground level. Guests will enter upstairs through the living area and experience what has to be the best view of the Gulf of Mexico on Galveston Island through the many windows and french-style doors in the living room and dining area. the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, plus a twin day bed (sleeps 3 total) along with en suite bath (tub/shower combo). The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and ceiling fan and the 3rd bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk and TV (rooms sleeps 5). The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Total sleeps 12. The second bathroom also features a tub/shower combination.
BERMUDA BEACH
Bermuda Beach has the best of both worlds, with a drive-on portion of the beach to the East of the neighborhood for those who prefer to drive their vehicle or golf cart and those with limited mobility and most of the beach in this neighborhood is walk-on only, ideal for families with little ones.

This home is pet-friendly. One pet is allowed. Weight limit of 20 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson's 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
