Before heading out for a full day of fun, bring a cup of coffee made in the kitchenette, out to the private deck, and look out to the flowing water running behind the property. The deck is furnished with a bistro table for alfresco dining during the warmer months.
This home enjoys a park-like setting. Summer guests can take advantage of premier fly fishing, as well as the many hiking trails nearby, and there are extensive hiking and biking trail systems just a short drive away in the Sun Valley area. Not only that, but the complex also features a modern seasonal pool and hot tub. You'll find tennis and pickleball as well. When it is time to settle down, there is a TV in the living area and bedroom and free WiFi to keep everyone entertained as the stars come out. You are not allowed to park trailers or RVs due to the small parking lot. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle may be required to reach this condo in winter.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee.
