This home will fit anyone's needs.Large enough space for a big family, or multiple families to share. Heated pool is open. 4 full bedrooms and 3.5 baths.Outdoor entertainment. Huge kitchen with seating for 16+. Basement area has tv with playstation, foosball, air hockey, and tons of board games. Close to everything, yet sits far back off the road so it is very private. Amazing space to share with your family or multiple families in town for the week or weekend. Coffee Provided.
Close to downtown Indianapolis. 13 miles and less than 30 minutes to get to Lucas Oil Stadium. There is only one small right hand turn, otherwise the entire drive is straight all the way to Lucas Oil Stadium. Couldn't be easier to get there.
If you want to have the pool heated during your stay, just let me know. We do charge an extra $30/day if you choose the heated pool option. The pool does close around the first or second week of October though. For most of the summer, you won't really need to heat it though, but as it gets into September, it might be a good option.
The home is located in an amazing part of the Center Grove/Greenwood Community on over 8 acres. You will be off the road with plenty of yard space. If you want to take a walk in a neighborhood, you can easily walk across the street into the neighboring community for a walk along sidewalks.
Guests will have access to the entire main home. Just not access to the detached garage space.
Keurig provided. Also includes a 6 cup drip coffee maker if desired. Coffee for drip coffee and K-cups are provided. Bath soaps are not provided. Toilet paper, kitchen soap and starter packs of laundry and dishwasher soaps will be provided for your stay. The Pool is open for 2023 and can be heated.
