*Please only use the front doors digital locks when leaving to enjoy the outdoors, access code will give you access to come in and out as you please.
*Feel free to enjoy the he fireplace in the living room but DO NOT try to turn on the chimney in the master bedroom, the bedroom fireplace is only for looks, guest will be charged for smoke damage and any damages incurred by lighting wood in the master bedroom fireplace.
*Please ONLY flush human waste down the toilets. Guest will be charged for any water damages caused by sewer backup and or septic damage incurred by flushing inappropriate items down the toilets.
*Please only park and drive vehicle on designated gravel in the front of the property.
