Unique, totally amazing 3 bedroom waterfront penthouse not available on any "third party" site OR thru the resort website. 1st BR has one king bed. The other two bedroom are either configured with 2 queens in each or 2 kings in each - depending on which exact unit is available. Requests may be made for specific bed configuration but not guaranteed. Just look at the pictures and be impressed! Over 3000 sq. feet. Maximum occupancy eight (8)
REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12
PLEASE NOTE: There are three 3-bedroom penthouses at this resort -- two of them are directly on the waterfront and the third is on the top floor of the main building with magnificent views but not "exactly" waterfront. Specific unit assignments are made upon checkin. The attached pictures are representative of the unit but may vary slightly due to location

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
