Open concept Great Room overlooks lush over sized backyard with 20+ palm trees, extended KoolDeck with 4 seating areas, dining area, BBQ and swimming pool with spa and waterfall.
Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and lots of room to spread out and cook gourmet meals. Well equipped with all the bells and whistles, including a 'Margaritaville' slushy drink maker. Kitchen updated in January 2022 with new cabinets plus new seating in dining area. Dining area seats 6 with large windows overlooking lemon tree, flowering vines and jasmine. Office nook with laser printer and monitor - just bring your laptop.
Master bedroom has King bed, and large attached bathroom with separate shower and tub. Second bedroom has Queen bed and third bedroom/den has single/twin bed and over sized sofa (larger than twin bed).
Enjoy outdoor living - this backyard feels like a resort! Overhead fans provide a soft breeze and outdoor speakers set the mood for al fresco dining by the pool, with the scent of night-blooming jasmine perfuming the air. High quality outdoor furniture with several separate seating/lounging areas. Feel free to pick fruit when ripe from the lemon, key lime, mandarin/tangerine and limequat trees.
Located on quiet cul-de-sac near shopping, groceries, entertainment complex and baseball fields (Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals) all less than a 5 minute drive away.
