The house also offers an open floor plan with 2 living areas to accommodate an adult crowd and kids at the same time. The private fenced patio offers a great entertaining space with a gas grill and an outside hot shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a margarita blender, two coffee machines (Keurig and regular coffee pot) and much more. There is High-speed Wireless Internet, DVD Player, Xfinity with premium channels, 2-zone Central AC, Washer/Dryer, and 6 Flat-Screen TV’s.
