Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Beautiful home and nice spaces, passes to the swim center and nice amenities. Master suite on opposite side of house from other two bedrooms. Met our needs well. Be sure and close blinds and tip them up so night headlights don't shine into back bedroom.

Negative: The HVAC system would only cool. Great during the day (highs in the 90's), but temps dropped at night (lows in mid 50's) so only 65 degrees inside on waking and no way to heat up the house other than turn on the nice gas fireplace, which got the livingroom and kitchen up to 66. Called Vacasa and got national rep, no direct way to get local help. Waited 40 minutes for a call back. Local person had no ideas other than to say many thermostats will only allow heat or air airconditioning and said they would contact the owner and call me back. Never heard back. Thermostat not intuitive and unable to change setting, locked. Bummer to wake cold every day.

Summary: Spacious House in peaceful area, easy access to Cottonwood entrance.
