Another Queen-sized suite and the bunk room with access to a tub/shower combination bath is also located on the Second Floor. The upper level guest suite bunkroom is a full over full bunk. Our bright and spacious townhome has an open floorplan with hardwood flooring throughout. Complete with a dining room area with a table for six and countertop seating at the breakfast bar. The living room has 12-foot ceilings, an open-face gas fireplace, large new couches and chairs, and a new HD Smart TV. The main floor deck allows for a quiet coffee in the morning.
The gourmet, fully equipped kitchen features new Kitchenaid appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of storage for your visit. The Abigail has a toaster, coffee pot, blender, crockpot, Keurig machine, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, roasting pans, and baking dishes that provide everything you'll need for a home-cooked meal.
There's parking for two vehicles in the spacious garage and room for 2 additional cars in the drive.
Downstairs Family, Bedroom, and Patio:
Downstairs, a spacious family room features a new HD Smart TV, a new comfortable sofa, and plenty of space. The fourth guest suite is located adjacent to the family room.
The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen Bed, an a new HDTV. The Suite shares a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) with the family room downstairs.
