The space
We completed the transformation of 560 Olney Ave into a nightly rental in April of 2017 and are proud to offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience to our guests.
100% of the furniture as well as the furnishing were purchased new and include: a King size memory foam mattress, 49" LG UHD 4K TV, Cable TV, Leather sleeper sofa (Full/Queen) with 3" memory foam topper, Modern styled bedroom furniture, Oversized jetted bathtub and a Full size desk for a working area.
Amenities and Appliances available include: Garage for parking or equipment storage, High speed WiFi (100 MBPS), Large desk - great for business travelers, Kenmore front loading Washer and Dryer, Automatic coffee pot, Kitchen-aid toaster and Nightlight's thru the house.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire mother-in-law apartment which includes: an oversized master suite with attached master bath featuring a jetted tub and separate shower, kitchen, living room, powder room with laundry and a 1 car garage. Please respect the long term tenants who reside in a completely separate area of the home. Most likely you will never see or hear them.
