Pamper yourself with a get away to horse country. You will feel right at home in our newly renovated condo. It features high end finishes and a view the Rupp Arena area of downtown from the oversized balcony. We are located right in the heart of downtown Lexington. You can walk to everything, plus have easy access to the Bluegrass Field Airport and Keeneland.
The space
Enter the condo through our updated kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless appliances and an oversized island for entertaining. The open concept kitchen flows into to our comfortable living room with a plush sofa and chairs, a cozy nook with additional seating where you can enjoy looking out on the city through the sliding glass doors. This area also includes a massive dining room table and chairs and a den area with a desk.
The sweeping balcony covers the entire length of the condo, overlooks the city and features plenty of comfortable seating for cozy evenings enjoying the view. You can enter the balcony through 4 sets of sliding doors, 2 in the living area, 1 in the guest bedroom and 1 in the master bedroom. The doors provide plenty of natural light and amazing views throughout the condo.
Down the hallway you will find 2 oversized bedrooms with lots of closet space. A full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large laundry room.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, dresser and a tv with cable for your enjoyment. The balcony doors provide lots of natural light.
At the end of the hallway you will find the master suite, with a king sized bed, large closet, tv with cable and private en suite bathroom.
We want you to feel secure during your stay with us. Our building is gated and you have 2 dedicated parking spots available to you in our underground parking garage.
You will also have access to our fitness center and in season rooftop pool.
