Cottage 3 at The Villas at Marker 48 is an adorable lakefront 2 bed, 1 bath cottage that can sleep 6 people. You'll find a queen bed and a twin bed in each bedroom. This cottage has recently been updated with new exterior paint, bedding, furniture and a freshly stocked kitchen.
The view from the deck is absolutely breathtaking. Enjoy your morning coffee, a meal or a glass of wine on the deck while taking in all that Kentucky Lake has to offer.
Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. We also provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% Refund up to 30 days before arrival; 50% Refund up to 14 days before arrival.
** 25% of the total price of your stay will be charged when you book. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival. **

- Boat slips are available for $20/nt.

- Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards are available to our guests on a first come, first served basis. Life jackets are also available.
- There are 2 beaches on the property, a sand beach and a pebble beach. Seating is available at the beaches on a first come, first served basis.
- Our property features a basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a playground, and a swimming pool.
- Ice, bait, drinks, and other essentials are available for purchase at Guest Services. Just note your cottage number, items taken, total amount for items, your email and/or phone number and sign your name and we will send you a square invoice at check-out.
